Ordering and Products
Who can purchase from you?
Our products are available to anyone. As a wholesaler, most of our products are sold in bulk (full boxes only) unless specified otherwise in the product name ('Single Unit').
To purchase individual units of products not available individually on our website, please contact your closest Fijian/Indian retail store that stocks our products.
Do you have a minimum order quantity?
Most products are sold by the box (full boxes only). The quantity per box is listed in each product description (e.g. 320ml × 24).
Some products are available as single units – these will be labelled 'Single Unit' in the product name.
I am a retailer and would like to learn more about stocking your items – How can I do that?
We supply many retailers across Australia. Please contact us for further information on stocking our items in your store. Our retailer terms can be found here.

Please note that product formulations and ingredients may change from time to time, which can affect nutritional, ingredient, and allergen information displayed on our website. Always check the product label before consuming, particularly if you have any allergies or dietary requirements.
Shipping and Delivery
What are my shipping options?
For Melbourne customers we have three shipping options:
- Click and Collect (Free) from our warehouse during staffed hours
- Local delivery for frozen and dry goods within 70 km of our warehouse ($10) (delivered every Thursday)
- Courier shipment for single unit dry items: $9.50 Standard, $14.50 Express, $15 for orders above $30.*
- Courier shipment for bulk dry items: $20 flat rate.*
For non-metro Melbourne and interstate customers we offer:
- Courier shipment for dry goods at a flat rate depending on state: NSW $30, QLD/SA/TAS $40, WA/NT $50.*
- Frozen goods cannot be shipped interstate, except for retail stores with prior arrangement.

What is the delivery timeframe?
Delivery timeframes vary depending on your location and shipping method. Please refer to the tracking link on your order or contact us for further information.
When will my order be dispatched?
Orders are typically dispatched the same day or the next business day from our warehouse in Cranbourne West.
Local delivery shipments are delivered every Thursday.
Are your orders tracked?
Yes, all courier orders are tracked. Once your order has been shipped, you will be sent an email including the parcel tracking details.
I entered incorrect details on my order - how can I change them?
Please contact us and provide the relevant details. If we can modify the details of the order before it is processed at our warehouse, we will be happy to do so.
What happens if my order arrives damaged or is missing items?
Please contact us directly and provide photographs and details of the damage or missing items. Do not attempt to return items before communicating with us. See our refund policy for full details.
Can I return or get a refund for my order?
Refunds and returns can only be facilitated by contacting us directly. You must not attempt to return any items before communicating with us, as unauthorised returns cannot be processed.
We do not accept returns for frozen goods due to food safety regulations. We also do not accept change of mind returns.
For dry goods, returns may be considered within 7 days of delivery, provided the items are unopened and in their original packaging. All returns must be approved by us in advance.
If your item arrives damaged or faulty, we may require you to provide specific information and photographs of the damage for further assessment.
