Shipping policy

For Melbourne customers we have three shipping options:

• Click and Collect (Free) from our warehouse during staffed hours
• Local delivery for frozen and dry goods within 70 km of our warehouse ($20) (delivered every Thursday)
• Courier shipment for dry goods at a flat rate of $20.*

For non-metro Melbourne and interstate customers we offer:

• Courier shipment for dry goods at a flat rate of $20.*
• Frozen goods cannot be shipped interstate, except for retail stores with prior arrangement.
