Refund policy

Refunds and returns can only be facilitated by contacting us directly at info@vinaysfood.com.au or calling us as 03 9789 4006. You must not attempt to return any items before communicating with us, as unauthorised returns cannot be processed. 

We do not accept returns for frozen goods due to food safety regulations. We also do not accept change of mind returns. For dry goods, returns may be considered within 7 days of delivery, provided the items are unopened and in their original packaging.

All returns must be approved by us in advance. If your item arrives damaged or faulty, we may require you to provide specific information and photographs of the damage for further assessment.
